2000 v10 with 115k. Has been sitting with approx 5 gallons in tank for the last 5 to 6 months. Truck fired up immediatly and idled for roughly 30min while I loaded up some cardboard boxes into the back and took to recycle. Backed down slight slope (2 to 4 degrees) to brop boxes. Truck fired back up immediately and I drove 5ft and it died. Truck cranked fine but would not fire up. You could hear the fuel pump engage in the tank, opened the gas cap, closed it and truck fired up and drove fine no issues. Ran an errand, truck fired up fine. Went and filled tank, truck did not start. Got out opened up fuel cap again, closed it, truck fired up just fine ran strong. Floored it a couple times, no sputters, no problems. Parked it.
Obviously (at least I think so) a fuel problem. Is it pump? Filter? Something else?
