I do not know if thay are but the mec is a good one he but he don't have the computer or tech to go any further. The tech was saying there is not enough data to pin point it. Told me there are 15 service Bulletin for carbon build up to run cans of sea foam and see how it acts. And let me go with no charge. I am thinking of tanking it to a exhaust shop and tell them to find and fix all exhaust leaks. And call me i will come down and wach you smoke it.

Egr checked out fine i stalled it when I open it with a vac pump I think I will take it off completely and check it. Please ignore my ignorance Palladium was referring to upper intake manifold It is now clean as far as I can get the borescope i used aimsoil power foam. If I ruel out the egr and fix the exhaust leak at the end of the manifold where it connect to the pipe. I don't know what more i can do if it comes back after reset.

I think your deep into confusion by now.
Time to step back and look at the problems new.
A single fuel trim out of control on one bank as Lean, tells you the Ox sensor is detecting too much Ox in it's exhaust.
This is a solid given to base on, no ifs, no ands, or buts..
Fix any exhaust system issues you know about then see what you get from it.
Use a Scanner to look at live fuel trims and Ox sensor voltage outputs.
Is the Trim still shifted after rebooting the computer and after a couple drive cycles so it has a chance to relearn the conditions?
Is the Ox Sensor voltage fixed or switching positive/negative?
You must service this way or keep on guessing.
This is why Techs go to school, Scanners are made and DLC ports are provided to connect to and look at the history and live operating data..
And people who know what they are looking at and what it means.
I sure hope your MD dosent work by guessing if the foot needs replacing to solve a pain in the finger ..Chuckle please!
Good luck.
