1997 Explorer cruise didn’t work when bought. Finally got around to working on it. It had the recall fix on it. Guess what the fuse in that harness was totally ate up it literally came out as dust. I had picked up a new motorcraft switch and harness kit from EBay. That harness doesn’t have a fuse in it. Put it all together and cruise works perfectly. This probably applies to all Ford products with the recall fix on them.
