All new clutch everything and it is hard to put into gear.

Replace clutch assembly, flywheel, pilot and throwout bearings and both master and slave cylinders. All new.
bench bled the master and gravity fed the slave (over 1 quart dot3). To get it to go into gear I have to pump the clutch pedal to get it to go into gear? Im open for suggestions and or ideas. Not my 1st clutch but it is my first ford hydraulic clutch.... I don't like it. Haha

You probably have some air still trapped in the system. I've had a couple trucks over the years that were a bas*ard to bleed. The most memorable was an early Superduty. The bleed screw was at the front of the slave cylinder, and the trick was to jack the front wheels off the ground about a foot. You'll also want to get an assistant to pump and hold the pedal so any bubbles caught in a trap will be forced through. Gravity won't do that.

Mine has always been hard to shift - maybe its the same thing. Its so bad sometimes that its almost undrivable. Ford dealer says everything's okay but I've never had a manual vehicle to be like this. I checked for creep in first gear, level/smooth surface, clutch pedal held to the floor and there was none. However, it clunks when shifting gears, sitting stopped and clutch held to the floor - I feel it in the truck too.
Sure seems to be inadequate movement to completely disengage. I guess I have to find somebody that has some experience with these to bleed it.
