05 f150 5.4 NEED HELP!!!

Hey everyone,
I've been having some trouble with my f150 recently and was hoping someone might be able to help me figure it out!
When I come up to a stop, my engine will lose rpms pretty quickly and if i let it, it will stall out. It seems to run fine when the rpms are at 800 or higher but as soon as they drop my engine will start to rattle and unless i can get the rpms back up, either by going into neutral or driving, it will stall. I have also noticed that its lost quite a bit of power and burns through fuel much faster. The check engine light is on and the codes are saying that its the cam shaft position sensor so i replaced both of them but to no avail. If anyone can give me any advice that'd be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Can you provide specific codes, and more engine life/maintenance details instead of your own diagnosis derived from them (which proved to be incorrect). The symptoms listed suggest you probably have reached the point in time where you are going to have to do a complete timing job. Properly functioning cam position sensors provide one of the early indications of that.
