F100 1954 help


What is the big hole and the 3 bolt holes at the pictures used for? I have a lot of stupid questions but I bought the car in boxes so i have never seen the car on the weel and I am missing a lot of parts was there No washer for the wirer?

the big hole was for a vacuum line that feeds the windshield wipers
the three holes ???? have totally slipped my mind... I didn't use them

If your truck didn't have vacuum wipers then a plug was put in the hole like mine:



I think the three holes in a line are for a bracket for the throttle linkage:

No problem, your linkage is for a 6 cylinder truck.
