Glad to hear some good news on RC. I've been pretty worried about our resident young'in.

Just spent the morning replacing the guts in one of the bathroom toilets so maybe we can get it to behave. After lunch, I've got to try to get the battery cables changed on Nikki's car before the weather sets in. It doesn't look like I'm going to get much done on the smoker this weekend...

Afternoon Everybody!

Just a lazy Sunday here. The football game today has been determined to not be worth watching, so we're just hanging out and playing on the computer in the quiet. I may go cut, grind and weld some later on.

Glad to hear that RC is doing better. That's cook you and Tiff got to make the trip. I hope she keeps feeling better.
Monday morning Shari and I will start talking to a lender about our next home loan. And Tuesday while we're in town we're going to try to see a few houses.
We finally got our taxes done, and Shari brought up that it's time to get some new/used shoes for Ka'Bluey. So there's a trip to Norman Oklahoma in my near future. Rich I'd still like to get those two 37's out of you way if you still want them gone. That will give me two, spares. And you know how bad I am about keeping a spare tire around. And as far as I know, your ex-brother in law's plug job, is still holding air.

You watch out for the weather that heading our way.
Keep in touch.

Buddy you know that I just set here most of the time. And that if you need a hand, all you have to do is call....
I do hope you get hopping around better, and not re-injure that foot.

I wasn't moving the axle around. I was just laying a couple beads of weld. It slipped off the stand and knocked me back. When I went backwards, my foot went out from under me and in the path of the axle. It was just one of those things that shouldn't have happened. I have it on jackstands, with the engine hoist hooked to it with a chain, now. ...but thanks for the offer. I may need a hand to get it under the truck when the time comes.

Howdy youins. An aluminum 6.0 Shivalay is still heavy. I angered my knee at physical therapy Friday and am now walking sort of normal after it popped when I slipped on the snow earlier.

Just finished our taxes and I will be tire shopping too in a couple of weeks.

Snowing like crazy here. Jesse just left to head back to West Plains so I'm going to be a nervous nellie until I hear from him.

He's got good tires, front wheel drive, and traction control. I just have to keep reminding myself that I was tooling around in snow with far less capable vehicles when I was his age.

We are back home a bit ago, just before Hwy 13 turned in to a nightmare with lots of wrecks.

Grandson's team won their last game (so they went undefeated) and he made a basket. Finally stopped snowing here with about to 2".

Alan/Tiff good on you all to be able to go see RC, all I can swing it a phone ck in...

Dave I will ck on the tire cost on Tuesday and cal or PM ya the answer. Bummer about the BRANDNEW camper getting damaged. At least THEY are repairing it and hopefully eating the cost.

The ultimate moment for me was when I was out driving my '72 Toyota HiLux 2wd with bias ply tires in a 8" snow that closed the entire town. Mom & Dad had a '75 Chrysler Newport that was as useless as **** on a boar once the roads got slick. Short of tire chains, you weren't going anywhere in that.

Rich. Tiff called me a couple times so far. Last I heard she was in Bolivar trying to stay away from idiots. Good thing the truck is 4wd. She said 13 was a mess.
