Moose I do maintenance on rental properties. The company I worked for had at one time 700 some odd units. I took care of most of them. That was when we had several apartment complexes. We had 2 complexes back to back of each other that had about 300 units, They had there own maintenance guy as well as a grounds keeper.
I took care of everything else from houses to our smaller complexes.

I also do side work taking care of my landlords properties and his ex wife"s properties, and any one else who pays for me to take care of their properties..
The place I'm doing now is my ex landlady's lake house. Apparently her now ex boyfriend shut the water off at the meter, but didn't get it all the way off. so the freeze we had broke some pipes under the house. I don't know if she had the heat on or not, my guess is not.
Rich they are pvc so that's what I fixed them with. They sprayed up under the subfloor, which is MDF and it swelled up and made a nice rolling floor in the master bedroom, bathroom, hall way and hall bathroom.

I've already replaced the sub floor in the hall bathroom and hall way, and started tearing out the mast bedroom floor. It good to know they didn't build this place to code.
Once I get all the sub floors done I can then lay new flooring, and install shut offs on all the supply lines.
