Morning Neil. How are you doing today?

 

Hey Shaun, I am doing pretty good. Just been having some occasional shots of pain in my foot. It is expected when you figure my doc had to cut almost to the middle of my heel

 

I know how that feels all too well Neil. I have been there and done that and have the scars to show for it. The surgery that I had was down the sides of both feet and around the ankle and up the back of the calf to just above the achilles tendon. They had to go that high so they could cut the achilles tendon and reposition it.

 

Yep, otherwise I am doing good. No pain meds since Saturday morning and no Advil since Sunday.

 

That's good Neil. I usually get by with ibuprfen when I need to take it.
