That's good. Aside from the surgery, I am doing well and will be glad once everything is healed up. My wife bought tickets for us this morning for the Ozzy Osbourne concert over Labor Day weekend at the State Fair. Now we need to figure out a hotel for the night. It is just over an hour away, but it will be a very late night and traffic will be bad so we may as well stay the night. I think we will stay at the same place that we did when we got married.

Hey Don, about time that you showed up 
Recuperating is going pretty good. Foot was throbbing pretty good Friday and yesterday morning so the pain meds were being put to good use. The last Oxy I took was at noon yesterday and if I need anything else, it has been a couple of Advil. We did go out for breakfast this morning so it was nice to get out. Otherwise, I have assumed the slacker position with my feet up in the recliner.

Hey just busting your chops. We needed to take garbage to the transfer station which is about 10 minutes away and the diner is on the way. Then we swung by Wally Hell and Joan went in and I stayed in the car.

My doc said the the left foot was a bit more involved compared to the right one. The spur was causing pressure on the original wound and may have been affecting the healing of it. Also there was the scar tissue to work around.

I will be here until maybe Saturday but the weather will be warming up so I should be able to get outside to enjoy some of it.
