I’m going to install a new pump myself but could use help with a couple questions.

My truck doesn’t have the fuel tank TSB. Any reason the revised pump part number wouldn’t work for my truck?

Any recommendation for an online Ford parts wholesaler? I found Village Ford Parts.

Thanks.

nazsd,

What does the fuel tank TSB have to do with the revised fuel pump part? It's very likely I missed this bit of info. My truck doesn't have the fuel pump TSB (that I'm aware of) either, yet the parts department told me the fuel pump for my 2018 F250 CCSB 6.2 FX4 / STX has just recently been updated.

Update.... got my truck back today. 2 starts after sitting 1.5 hours each time. Starts flawlessly so far... part number PFS-1231 for the fuel pump. I will update if there’s any changes.

Wesley,

Is that the part # that was on your work order? That doesn't look like the other part # above in this post. Glad to hear your truck is possibly fixed. My dealership has finally agreed to install the updated fuel pump for me even though they couldn't get the truck to do the long crank after the third visit. Crossing my fingers...

The part number that was listed on my work order was PFS*1231*. I would post a picture but when I try the photo comes out super large. Hopefully they get yours sorted out as well.
