How to get this dent out?

How to get this dent out?
The worst dent on my 63 F100 is just behind the driver's side door. The only rear access to the dent is covered by the fuel tank. Don't really want to remove the tank if I can help it. Any suggestions?

Uni Spotter would be my choice...the rig that welds on copper nails to pull with

That's a great suggestion, however a little pricey for 1 dent. Maybe I can find someone local that has one and pay them to pull it. Not that I'm against buying a tool for one job just ask the wife.
