I am preparing to take my stealth pump out due to a leaky back cover. Does anyone know if there is a gasket that seals up the back cover? I want to have as little down time as possible. If there is no gasket, what do you recommend I use to seal it. Something to hold about 3500 psi.
Nice Try, The HPOP has several Orings, seals, and Gaskets that all leak when they get old. If you're gonna replace one, you've gotta pull it to replace most of them. the big round plate in the Back has a circlip holding it in, an Oring under that.... You can get a rebuild kit from the Diesel-O-rings site that has them all.... Good luck
I've never seen that one before, Can you get a exploded diagram from the Builder? I was describing a stock one to you before....Sorry. I suspect there is still going to be some seals somewhere, how long has it been run?

As far as I know, Stealth is out of business. There were a lot of people who had trouble with the pump.

I believe there were alot of problems with the SRP 1 and 1.1 pumps. This pump is a stage one which is completely different. I don't recall any problems with the stage I. They probably didn't sell many due to the high cost. I believe the stage I was $2000+.
