Thanks Joe, but both flashers are new to compliment all the LED lighting. For the record, all the lighting (interior & exterior) was converted to LED last March. The exception was the headlights, which were converted to 7" Halo bulbs with 9007 Halogen bulbs.

So you replaced the flashers to handle the higher LED amp draw?

Freightrain that's a beauty! I have a soft spot for old Mack's and Brockway's.

Now, back to the electrical problem! Here's where we are;

No brake light power at the end of the 14405 wire harness.
All other lights working including rear turn signals.

Fuse was good, but replaced with fresh new fuse, tests ok.
Stop light switch was good, but replaced with new, tests ok.
Turn signal switch new and tests good.

Emergency Flasher Switch new, failed testing! Power in, none out!
Ordering new switch from LMC.

Crossing my fingers that Carpenter and LMC don't use same supplier.

Didn't order new switch.......see next post!

UPDATE:

After pulling the Emergency Flasher switch and being a perfectionist, I decided to bench test it while out of the truck. I'll be damned it worked. Put it back in the connector........still no brake lights or rear flashers. The air in the garage suddenly turned blue!!

Moral of the story check everything that may have been touched recently.
"Check all the work you didn't do yourself"!

I had a new master cylinder put in the truck two weeks ago. I let my best friend do it at his garage. Great friend and has been for over 20 years but, he is a flat rater from the word go.
During his thrashing and talking to me evidently the "yellow/black" wire into the turn signal harness got pulled. Plugged it back in and yes, you guessed it.......all lights now working as they should.

I thought I had checked everything, but I was dead wrong!

Thanks to everyone who posted their suggestions! I really like this forum!

Apologies to Dennis Carpenter for any doubt I may have shown in their products.

Again, thanks to everyone!
