My 46 rebuild update

Here is a few updates on my 46 ford pickup. I got the motor and tranny in, i sandblasted the cab and now I’m about to cut the floor out to put a new one in. The motor will go out this month to get rebuilt, same with the tranny. It’s coming along, I just wish I had more money to throw at it. Like everyone else.

Your project is coming along. It seems like everyone has either time or money; it would be nice to have them together! Your grille panel looks familiar, and in good condition. Was that on Ebay for awhile? It looks like you have a well equipped shop with plenty of work space. What do you plan to use for a rear axle assembly?

Thank you. And yes the grill was on eBay for a while, the one I had was so beat up that it would have taken to much time and money to get it back to were it needs to be. I’m waiting on the guy at the junk yard to pull out the rear end on an older Ford Explorer. But he’s taking forever. I do have the 4 link with coil overs ready but just need the axle. I’m hoping for July or August to be road worthy.
