It's a little cold, but it's sunny and still.
No trees on the line, nothing broken. Just the big fuse on the power pole is blown. We don't have a clue why it happened.

Must be just "One of those things" . I work for the power company here, but I'm not a lineman. Not sure about all that transmission stuff.

Believe it or not, a bird landed on an insulator and shorted it out.
Gotta love mother nature. She keeps reminding us we only think we're in control.
