Low miles/high hours? And other things to check.

Low miles/high hours? And other things to check.
So, many of ya'll have seen my recent crisis with frozen coolant and a cracked block. I've been looking around for a different truck, but with an intention to hold out for a crew cab, and in my price range (7-8k max). I didn't expect to find anything for a while.
However... I think I've found a candidate. I'm hoping to go look at it thursday.
One possible concern, and the reason for my question here, is that the truck is a former with truck for Pike electric. The odometer had only 113k miles, but the truck has obviously seen plenty of work from the cosmetics. My thinking is it may have spent plenty of time at job sites idling.
If so, is there anything I should look at or check? Anything that lots of idling time would cause more wear on than normal?
The transmission was (according to the seller) replaced with a Ford reman about 4 months ago, before he bought it (he just lost his job, thus the reason for selling so soon).
The hpop was also replaced around the same time. Anything I ought to check on there?
the front seat is a bench seat, and according to the seller is really wore out. But I have 40/20/40s in my current (broke) truck. Those should swap over easily.
When I go look at it, it's 3 hr's away, so I'm either coming home with it, or not looking at it anymore, so I'm trying to cover all my bases about things to check when I'm there.
Also, the current owner told me he just several weeks ago drove it from VA to new York, and back (bringing back two cars in a trailer), and he said he could pull out some toll road receipts to show he was there then.

yeah, I've found a handful supercabs, but I'd really like the crewcab now that we have a kid, and I've got to replace it anyway. Colorado is a bit of a drive too, lol.

Oh, I know. I bought my Jeep off eBay, it cost me $700 to ship it from Mississippi to Colorado. I could not have flown out there, taking a couple of days off of work and driving it back for that amount of money. If you want me to post up a couple of links let me know and I'll gladly do it for you.
