PCV End hose 90 degree?

I want to replace the rubber 90 degree hose that goes from the pcv valve to the intake housing.
I believe it is original and I'd like to get it replaced to rule it out as a possible cause of what I believe to be a slight vacuum leak.

I cant locate a replacement anywhere.
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Thanks for your help

I redesigned that 3 years ago. I used a 3/4" OD (approx. 4" long) vacuum resistant hose on INTAKE side (with clamp) and a brass adapter (1/2" to 3/8" ) on PCV side (with a clamp) . I also eliminated the plastic center piece entirely .

Wolf - thanks for the reply.
A picture would be very helpful if you have one.
When you say you eliminated the plastic center piece, what was that?

I believe he is referring to the plastic pipe that goes from the throttle body to the PCV valve. You can replace that with rubber hose of the correct size, just bear in mind that rubber will degrade no matter if it is oil rated or emissions rated or fuel rated, etc.

I see a lot of posts worrying about the PCV valve, hoses, and fittings. It is really simple; keep it all airtight fresh and free flowing and there will be no PCV issues.
Rubber degrades, plastic cracks. Fix what is not airtight, make it airtight & put a NEW PCV valve on it, then go look for other things to fix.

...& put a NEW PCV valve on it
Make that a Motorcraft PCV valve. Some of the aftermarket ones have different flow characteristics and can cause other emissions-related problems.

Part of the OEM PVC line on our 6.8L is plastic tubing.
A replacement elbow would be the same non reinforced hose as the original.
I used all brass fittings and oil rated reinforced hose to rebuild the line.
