You may be able to drop tire pressures a bit without triggering the TPMS. Our truck’s factory settings are 65 psi front and 80 psi rear, but, when lightly loaded, I’ve set the tires to 55F/65R without any TPMS alerts.

When a cold snap dropped the left rear tire pressure to 63 psi, that triggered a TPMS alert.

HTH,

Forscan for TPMS. Biggest improvement will be Rancho 9000 adjustable shocks. Unloaded set shocks to 5 in front 3 in back. HUGE DIFFERENCE. Set tire pressure to 50 psig all the way around without shock upgrade.

If you are not hauling or towing anything, I'd drop the rear to 45 or so. Front will depend on if you have a gas or diesel....I ran my gasser at 55-60psi front

if you have the shock upgrade what psi do you run? Also I heard 2019 doesn't work with Forscan, have you seen it work on a 19?

I set my TPMS to 70/70 on my ‘19 using FORScan. I run them 60/60 unloaded and they alarm at about 54#. I’m happy with them like this.

No, mine is stock. Was addressing your question about Forscan working on 2019 model trucks.

I run 60/65 and am happy with that.
Dealer gave me the truck at 85 all around. Drove 1,000 miles back home before I adjusted pressure. Noticed after 500 miles or so after feeling back and neck discomfort.

Only good thing was that I am sure the suspension broke in and settled in fairly quickly.

I adjusted the setting with forscan on my '19 to 40 psi all the way around, but run with 50F/45R, unless towing. Made a huge difference in the ride.

Best thing you can do is tire pressure and shocks. I have a reg cab dually, and it rode horrible unloaded. Got a set of Fox shocks and now it rides extremely well for a truck.

The stock shocks Ford gives you are worthless. They have very little compression damping and rebound. Two of them were completely blown at just 12000 miles.
