I don’t know about turbo lube, but on Ecoboosts you should get in the habit of changing your plugs every 30k miles.

The turbos are lubed by engine oil and are liquid cooled. Not sure where the 30K plug change thing is coming from, most on here seem to be getting between 50K and 70K out of a set.

So, unless you just wanna spend precious time under the hood fixing something that ain't broke, let the truck tell ya when it's time.

Many eb owners have posted that erratic idle and stumbling issues have occurred and the solution is to change plugs every 30k miles. It is an easy job. Also, oil changes no more than 5k miles.
