79 F150 4 x 4 with dual tanks. This is the side tank there’s four bolts that go up through on the inside and three bolts that hold it in on the frame side. On the inside where the bolts go up through the crossmembers it’s got a little clip to hold it to the skid plate then it has nuts and these rubber washers, where do the rubber washers go on top under the nuts or between the shield and the frame? What do they do ?
I have the factory shop manuals they don’t show a regular cab 4x4 for some reason.
