Just another headlight upgrade question

I have been checking other threads and something I noticed is that depending on the year, you can get either 2 piece or one piece each side.
I am looking at this for my E99.
Currently I have the factory dull lights that are 2 pieces each side.
I would like to upgrade to the 1 piece each side with the clear lense for more light. HOWEVER... I don't want to go chopping into the header panel for fit.
So... Is there an option?
I don't need to go with HID and Halo lights or projection beams... I just would like to use my SilverStars in a clear lense housing that is 1 piece each side.
Possible?

Thanks all!

So you have sealed beams now and want to convert to the light housing that uses a bulb? If that's the case yes you can.

I'm not sure about a 1 piece that isn't based on the 2005+.

I went with something similar to these.

Clear Corners

With something similar to these.

2002 Headlight Clear

I removed the Ford upgrade for the 99+ with clear lense, I gave them to JSTIHL. I swapped them for Trucklites LED's.

I called them about these lights & rep said the only modification was to the factory wiring for high/low beams. They dont post the installation instructions online unfortunately. She said the kit includes the instructions specific to each vehicle, so not too sure what all will be involved. Item # 284597645 -

Here's the link to the Trucklites: Truck-Lite (27450C) Headlamp
Amazon Amazon

This isn't my video but it's the one I watched that made me realize that I could put these in my truck. As mentioned in the video if you have sealed beams these just replace the sealed beams. If you have the other option, like I did it's a bit more involved but IMO worth the work. F you google Trucklites or go to YouTube you can see the difference...

Hmmmm. I like the idea of the LEDs... but not sure I am sold on the look of the sealed beam style. I see those styles going down the road but it just doesn’t seem right to me. LEDs tho... definitely. But only if replacement is easy. See ... I want my cake and eat it too!
