I use it when towing. As flat as it is around here I could probably get away without it but it's nice rolling to a stop and listening to it doing its job.

i use it all the time whether i am towing or not. i am hoping it helps prolong brake pad life. i use the manual setting, unless i am on a freeway going down a mountain then i use the automatic. seems to be working really well.

I use manual mode while towing, sometimes if I am in traffic I'll use it as well.

I use it when towing and only occasionally use it otherwise. I use manual mode with downshifts if slowing down and automatic mode if trying to maintain a set speed on a descent.

I wish we had two dash buttons so I could hit either mode with one button press. I also wish it didn’t “chime” because I like to keep things quiet and let people sleep.

I wouldn't be able to drive on the highway without it, makes lane changing and adjusting in high speed traffic much easier than braking. I have ran my exhaust brake 24/7 on all my trucks and continuing that trend with my 17. However all of those trucks have been RAMs

Unfortunatley the RAM exhaust brake is much better than ours on the 6.7 PSD. As soon as you let off the throttle in the RAM, the brake kicks in. In our super duties, it takes way too long for the brake to kick in. But the super duty brake does work really well once the tc locks and it fully engages.

I use it when towing the travel trailer - like a few folks here. Makes rolling to a stop an absolute dream. I was able to back off on the trailer brake as a result.
