351m to 400

I recently buy a 1979 F-250 ranger xlt 4x4 with a 351m auto. I plan to switch it to a 400 with a 4 speed standard. The only thing i have is a bell housing. Did the auto flywheel work on a standard? I thing is have to be different...first attempt for me for that switch. I know i can have a pedal kit for the clutch and a 4 speeds from one of my freind. what else i will need?

You can not use a flex plate from an auto trans in place of the flywheel for a manual trans. They are completely different.
