Last time I did this swap was 20 years ago with a 460 from a 77 van that went into my bare bones 78 F-250 Custom. I used the L&L motor mounts and I bought the alternator and power steering brackets and pulleys to go along with it. Today I just bought a 460 from a 79 Camper Special with A/C to go into my 78 F-250 4X4 with A/C also. My question is can I use all the brackets for the alternator, compressor and power steering pump from the 2wd on the 4X4? I’m going to use the heavy duty mounts from the Bronco Graveyard. I know the exhaust manifolds will work and I’ll be putting a rear sump pan on too.
