My apologies. Since you have made several posts, and not once have described your problem in any detail whatsoever, how do you expect anyone with any knowledge to give a worthwhile response? I just assumed you were funning around. Any details to share?

You are right. I don’t have manual 4x4. I flip the switch and and nothing happens all of my relays are good and fuses are good. But it seems I have no power to my relay box under the hood on the driver side with the two identical relays for 4x4 I don’t know where to start.

O.k. Others will start to pick up on this who are more experienced than me. One suggestion I have is to check for a vacuum leak. This is simple the way I understand it. Turn the truck on and turn your heater to face with the blower up on high. Switch the 4x4 on. Wait 30 seconds. Does your hvac (heater) switch to Defrost all by itself? If it does this points to a vacuum leak. If Yahico sees this he will chime in with some troubleshooting on the electrical side of things. Other than that did you use the search function or check the tech folder at the top? Do you have 4x4 if you lock your hubs manually then turn the switch?
I see now that you do not have 4x4 manually. Sorry. Still try the heater.

I do have a vacuum leak somewhere I already know that but if I lock the hubs manually then switch it into 4x4 nothing happens. The 4x4 light is not out I see it upon start up. I am not sure where to start first diagnosing this problem

Tech folder at the top. Scroll down to the ESOF discussion and troubleshooting. Discussion started with a 2003 model like yours. Hope it helps

Did you see all the fuses that were discussed to check? Also there was some discussion of the connection at the transfer case. Also on the second page were loads of elctrical diagrams Yahico provided. Post number 4 of that discussion has all kinds of electrcal/switch troubleshooting and not vacuum. I dont know how to easily point you to what I am seeing.

My 4x4 transfer case motor failed on mine. But the 4x4 light did illuminate when I turned the 4x4 dial no 4x4, at least didn't work consistently. Replaced motor and is fine now. But it sounds like you have determined that you have a vacuum leak... Not sure if the indicator light would come on if only a vacuum leak, but I'm no authority on this. Almost sounds electrical to me, but I could be wrong. Did you check all fuses? What makes you think it is a vacuum leak?

I think it is electrical I only need the vacuum to engage the hubs without having to manually do it. But I replaced my motor already and still no 4x4 it is something electrical
