2" vs 2.5" level for my wheel and tire package?

I want to know which will be better for the wheel and tire package I am planning on. I don't mind a bit of trimming if I need but don't want rubbing on uppers or anything. Also don't want want stress on the front suspension components.

I am planning on running either a ko2 or ridge grappler in 275/70/18 on a 18x9 raceline wheel with a +18 offset . I have a 2018 f150 xlt crew short box with 3.5ecoboost , sport package, and max tow package.

thank you

I have pretty much the same diameter, but in +12 and they rub the fender by the mud flaps, this is with a 2 inch levelling kit. Very slight rubbing, at full turn, has never done any damage.

I'm running that same size tire on stock rims without any problems. No rubbing, etc.
