I get this while looking at a lot of older threads. This one for example.

Does anyone know what the deal is, and is there a way to see the pics.

I'm running Firefox and the add-on works. Strangely, it didn't work at first. I restarted my computer and still nothing. Walked away for a couple hours, checked that it was installed, (it was, and enabled) went to the link I posted, and my stuff works now. Sweet!

This may have been shared already, but I just came across browser add-ons that fix the photobucket extortion problem. I found it on the "1973-79 Ford Dentside Domination Coalition" Facebook page. All you have to do is download this add-ons and all the lost photobucket images will reappear like magic. I did it, it's awesome!!!

Thanks for the links everyone.
I've hated Photobucket for years. I started out using them and then they updated their sites to they were clogged with adware and were all but inaccessible unless you had both fast internet and a PC with plenty of memory - things I couldn't afford as a student.
I've shifted all my photos to Google. Easy to use, works better than Photobucket ever did and (for what its worth) comes with Google's promise that it's free and always will be.
