93' 302 to 351 swap

Ive looked a bit, but will my zf5 bolt directly to a 351. If so will it hold? Did they use the same zf5 in both motors? I plan to get a 351 from a 93 f150 or 250. Any other years you'd recommend that might be better to swap that fit? Thank you.

Also planning to turbo it after i get bored.

Is this in an F150 or something heavier?
Yes the trans will bolt up.. both of these motors have the same trans bolt pattern.

They used the ZF5 in the F250's behind the 351W, so yea it'll hold up. They put em behind the 7.3 diesels too, though that may have had better internals to handle the extra torque.

The '94+ 5.8 motors are a bit more desirable for the factory roller cam.

I appreciate it, good to know, its got a new trans in it. The stock one died at 700k. Ive got 1.1 million miles on my 302, is wore out and cracked, already welded together once, its pretty far gone. I got a used trans for awhile, and 3 years ago got a brand new trans + clutch of ebay. Dont drive it much anymore. Summer work truck.
