Hey Guys!

I've recently discovered my rear diff leaking from what appears to be both sides where the CV Axles go into the diff. Could anyone confirm this for me or tell me what it could be that's actually causing the leak?

Also have a oil leak, can't find it either. The last image is of it.

Yep, I can confirm it's leaking.
A bad shaft seal, axles needs to come out and new seals installed.
