The back-up inside alarm stopped working . I checked my fuse and the sensors are clean and looking for any ideas where to look next. Thanks for your help...

 

Each of the sensors should click when working properly. Turn the key to ACC position, chock the wheels, put in reverse and then get down and listen to each sensor. You will hear a clicking. If you have a quite sensor then it needs replaced.

 

A scan tool should tell you exactly which sensors are faulty if it is the sensors. I have a Bluedriver tool that works with and app on your phone and it told me the specific two that were bad.

If you need more sensors you can empty your wallet at Ford, (Local dealer quoted me $150CAD each I think) or you can search the part number on amazon - I paid $10 each.

 

True. Somewhere like Discount Tire or an equivalent with be reasonably priced as well. They would also probably scan your sensors for free and find out which one is bad without charging.
