While the pan is off of the 6r80...

Due to a puddle of transmission fluid under the truck from having parked on an incline in single-digit temperatures, I'm getting ready to replace the pass-through bushing for the wiring harness at the back of the trans in my '10 F150 and was wondering if there's anything I could or should do while I've got the pan off besides swap in a new filter and use a Fel-Pro gasket to seal it all back up again.
