What did you do to your Superduty today? 2018 version.

Just ordered a Leer 100XQ for my CCLB Dually. Now to wait 4 weeks until it comes in. I got it with the tilt in front slider and with the Thule Aero Blade Roof Rack System installed. Figured it would be better to have that installed as they build it instaed of afterwards. Also getting the Bedrug. We had a cap on our last truck and even with having a CC, once we put our 100 lb. GS in there, not much room for anything else. Will post some pics once installed.

Special order and took 6 months to get it, but that's another story all together. My 2018 F-350 Limited. Love the Truck.
1. Retrax Pro bed cover
2. Rough Country LED lights in the cut out part of the grill
3. Raptor Style LED lights in the grill. (I had to custom build the brackets)
4. 2-wheel drive front center caps. I hate the hole in the 4x4 wheel covers.
5. Tint
6. F-150 style Chrome "Limited" letters on bed sides.
7. Chrome Tufskinz lettering on tailgate.
8. Wash it every other day. LOL

Hooked up Forscan and got rid of the "dark car" feature I had enabled. I enabled it because I don't want the parking lights turning on all the time, but that feature also turned off the interior lights....so completely dark inside the truck when opening doors and such... Bummer
I'm getting ready to head outside and hook up the wiring harness to enable the paddle shifters on my Raptor wheel!

The out the door price with bedrug and Thule Aero blade roof rack was $3400. That is about $1k less than the ARE Z series with same options

Well backed into an old concrete water trough at the ranch yesterday. My bad no light and ignored my sensor thought it was a cactus right by it. Turned the tip of the outside tip in on the exhaust. Have the Magna Flow replacement DEF back pipe on the was with a single 5in dual wall rolled tip outlet ordered will be put on next week... Crap! Hate it when I do stupid things!!

Thanks to the knowledge and ingenuity of the members here I was enlightened to the hammerlocks to fix the poor design of the Ford factory hitch insofar as the holes for the safety chains are concerned. Also, kudos to the member who suggested putting them together on the bench first. They seem to go together a lot easier on the truck that way. Problem solved. One less thing to worry about while towing.

Long story for easy mod
Spent a week out in E. Oregon; we stayed in Walter Brennan's motel in the beautiful city of Joseph (highly recommended)... anyway, I ruined the OEM wiper blades.
OEM wiper blades weren't that great but the arm assembly does well to cover up (hide) the points of attachment.
So, I accidentally left the wiper selector on pulse from the rainy night before.
The skies cleared over night.
17 degrees and Ice on the windshield the next morning. The wipers came on and ran over the jagged ice before the defroster could do it's job...gonners, both of them...
The ice was like sand paper!
BBR
Installed some Rainex blades yesterday. I had two $20.00 gift cards from my Herculiner purchase...the gift cards are also BBR now.
Good wiper blades are expensive!

Ruff Tuff Seat Covers
Just an update. Got my Ruff Tuff seat covers today in DuraEZ Care material
https://www.rufftuff.com/rt-fabric-type/duraezcare
These are exceptional! Install took about an hour (no turning inside out, etc) with the exception of the rear passenger seat back that must be removed from the truck. I'll get to that tomorrow. Color on mine is reverse of what is in the picture on the link and matches very nicely with my interior. I think they look like factory seats, only nicer. Great construction, fit like a glove, good attachment with velcro and straps, with everything hidden. I'm not announcing them to passengers just to see if they even notice they're covers. I got the Special Ops Package seat backs that are sewn into the covers, they also are well built (they put a tag on "please obey all local, state, and federal firearms laws". It's removable).
Yeah, they were expensive ($700+) but I'm sure they'll last at least as long as the truck.
They have a lot of materials and color combinations to choose from. Glad I got what I did. Considered their 'salsa' red inserts to go with my Ruby Red truck but the free red swatch wasn't quite right, more like red lipstick.
Just passing along a quality option.
Made in Utah, BTW.
Oh, they're made to accommodate the front seat side airbags as well. They use velcro at that point so I'm assuming the pressure from the airbag will separate the velcro to allow deployment.
I'll try to post some pictures tomorrow.
