2018 f150 underseat storage
#16
It is my understanding that the 150-250 cabs were different until 2018. Been that way since 97. My fleet guy said the 150 was actually bigger for many years. Not me sayin' I don't know. He says they are now the same basic structure. Please don't beat me up on what he's sayin.....

I think it can be attached to the seat bracket kind of like the husky or duha bin instead of using the bolts on the floor. Some kind of strap or zip ties should keep it in place.
I found one on Craigslist for $50, but someone beat me to it. So I will be on the look out.

The change was in 2017, so the 2017's are essentially the same cab. GABAR did point out that the SD has some way to fasten the folding storage bin to the floor, which our F150's are missing. I don't know how hard it would be to fabricate/modify our F150's to accommodate the folding storage bin.

I just bought a couple of smaller storage bins from Lowes that fit under the rear seat. They are big enough to hold my jackets and gloves. If I need the space, they stack into each other. It's good enough for my purposes and only cost me around $20. Plus, they are black and grey, same as my interior.
