Cylinder Number (not fire order) for 6.2L Gas
Hi All,
I am getting some conflicting results when searching for the cylinder numbers for my 2014 F250 6.2L gas engine.
Arrangement #1:
(Front)
5 1
6 2
7 3
8 4
(Rear)
Arrangement #2:
(Front)
2 1
4 3
6 5
8 7
(Rear)
Which is the correct cylinder number arrangement?
Thank you!

I understand it as International Diesels (like the 7.3) being odd and even for the banks, while Ford engines run the numbers down each bank. Both starting with the most forward cylinder as #1. But I'm drinking at the moment.

The code should be obvious for D would be 4 I'm gunna assume but if you like, got P0308 would be cylinder 8, so P0304 would be 4, or D. I had to correct this thread sorry it almost ****ed me up haha
