Another day in paradise here. I am finally thawed out. Just in time for the next round.


Sounds like we may get dumped on. I am okay with that.

Well, it is a Monday. It is cold and there is snow on the ground with more falling from the sky. Lovely. I cleared my driveway and sidewalk and the neighbors across the street sidewalk and driveway.

To top it all off the furnace is working when it feels like it. Called one company left a message. No answer, yet. Apparently they are closed due to weather.

 

Morning Ryan. No snow, just freezing rain. Yuk. Thermostat going south on the furnace?

 

Nope the thermostat was fine. It was a flame sensor. The old one was pitted and shot. I called the second company they said they would be there within the hour. They show up 15 minutes later. The furnace was fixed 15 minutes after that.

I was a happy camper.

The fire is still going in the fireplace. It is warming up the family room. After a couple trips out and about I am watching USA versus Finland hockey game. Thinking I should clean my desk.

 

Oh, yeah, I've had that happen before, at our old place. You can clean those off from time to time, with a small brush. Nice to get good service!
