Pick up a can of Fluid Film (Lowe's and other home improvement/hardware stores). After things have warmed up and dried out (hair dryer on low if needed), use the 'straw' on the can to get into the cracks and lube everything you can't see. Then go for the hinges and don't forget the latch itself - the part that actually rotates when it contacts the post on the car. Wipe the rubber seals around the door down with silicone.
Outside of that, start a few minutes earlier than normal and keep an extension cord and hair dryer at the ready.
