Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

My bird is right on track to be done by 4pm, which was my target time when I started at 6am this morning. Just need to stay awake long enough to enjoy it. I. Am. Wiped. Out.

Well, I’m vertical and in food coma recovery mode. My turkey hit a stall and held at 154 degrees for 90 minutes. We pulled it at 5pm and let it rest for 30 minutes. It was perfect, super moist and delicious. Can’t wait for a big sandwich today!

We had a great time at Thanksgiving but no left overs.

Headed back home from Spokane today. The plan is to cook a turkey on the rotisserie tomorrow.

Well..
The new exhaust is nearly installed. I only have the tip left to put on. The way the truck is parked is not the best way to stay warm. Had I
put it in tail first and moved the new bed and the cart out that it's on I might of gotten the back of the truck into the garage and that would
or made it less hassle to roll the creeper around on the floor. Oh well. I had to turn the torpedo heater on near the end. Nothing like heating
the whole outdoors.

I still want to double check the hangers and then put the tip on the end of the pipe. Then as requested I will shoot a short video.
I will even be nice and run the turbo test in IDS so you can hear the whistle.

Moving things around and a bit of organizing is how I found that hose clip I am sending to you. What I was doing
was to try and get all the truck parts I have scattered around more or less back into one place. I gained a bit of room.

Here you go...I didn’t get a pic when it came off the smoker as we immediately wrapped it to rest for 30 minutes. Then I was busy taking drink orders when my wife started cutting...but I did get some close-ups of the meat on the platter. It was amazing.

Yep, looks really good!

I tried my hand at a turkey today. I didn't get any photos after it was cut up, but I did get a couple on photos on the way!

i was tired of stuff we rarely use sitting on top of stuff i had to get into constantly. Ntm parts for someones 10+ year suburban project. I moved the small stuff to the dead spaces in the garage where theyd be out of the way. The bigger pieces i moved down to the shed to get them out of my way. Was tired of walking around those.
