Here's another option. Although, I think at some point I will eliminate the nut, and drill a hole in the bolt for a hitch pin instead. What I did works, but it can be a pain to take off and re-install, because of the nut and the need to get 2 wrenches/sockets in there.

^^^^^ Brilliant, but would need a different adaptation. That thread is for an SD; looks like the clutch master is directly forward of the pedal on an SD. Not so on this (or previous) generation. The clutch master is to the RIGHT of the brake master, so the pedal rides on a shaft that goes through the brake/clutch pedal box. Then a separate arm with a pin on the other end of that shaft engages the pushrod. So removing that pin and replacing it might work, but it would have to be on that arm, not on the pedal arm.

Another option, IF the pushrod eyelet isn't egged out - get some 1/2"OD x 7/16"ID brass tubing, and a 7/16" drill stop collar.. Cut a bit off, just big enough to fit in the pushrod eyelet. Then assemble the pin to the eyelet using the brass tubing bit as the bushing. Where the pin sticks out, put the drill stop collar on and tighten. I have all my trucks set up this way, and even with a bit of wear on the pin, it works great and smooth, and they've never come off.

If the pin is really worn, a replacement bolt might work. But once the eyelet is really egged out, about your only choice is the heim joint fix. You can get all the heim joint parts at any hardware, for a lot less than the eBay "kit".
