64 Cabs (F100 vs F350)

Sorry for the stupid question, but is a 64 F350 cab the same as a 64 F100 cab?

Yes,

However a F350 cab will have the center section removed for the high hump plate that a F100 or F250 with a three speed would not have.

My 64 F100 has the high hump. I think all cabs have the same opening for trannies just different humps depending on the tranny. Also I believe the 4wd cabs have the battery still in the floor. Could be wrong though.

The 350s and 4x4's have the battery in the floor whereas the 100's have it on the firewall. But either application will work with the wiring harness. The F100's I believe the center hump is stamped into the floor pan whereas the 350's and 4x4's it is cut out and the larger hump is bolted on...
