Lots of stuff showed up today, 3 of the 4 Maxxis 38" tires, and all the suspension goodies from Pure Performance! On first look all the suspension stuff is very heavy duty, the rod ends all hardware looks to be very high quality. They did a great job packaging everything so nothing was damaged in shipping.

Ok lots of progress today, should be able to drive it tomorrow!

Tires all mounted up! Thanks Andy's Tire in Pomona, CA for doing a nice job!

They immediately fit on the back at least

Removing stock suspension parts

Installing 4 link kit from Pure Performance. Got to the point tonight that everything is installed and needs to be all torqued down, but got tired and forgot to take more pics. More to come tomorrow.

Just putting the final tightening and adjustments on everything now. I use some coupling nuts and threaded rod to make extensions for the stock shocks so I can run them temporarily while my King shocks get built to order. Can't wait to see how it looks sitting on the new wheels and tires!

Looking good. The Kings will make a huge difference. Too bad the lead time on them is so long right now. I have a set on order and will be installing the One Up Offroad ALA's.

It drives, and surprisingly it tracks nice and straight. Time to take it to Bear Frame and Wheel for an alignment tomorrow!

One solid day of driving it after the new suspension install and alignment, and I like it! The alignment went well and its really not bad to drive around town or on the freeway. I can't even tell any difference in acceleration with the new tires.

It was the same ID as their washer, just a little larger OD in a hardened gold version. Sorry I don't remember the exact ID.

After driving all day in the rain I think some Bushwacker flares are going to be needed. Every puddle throws dirty debris all down the whole side of the truck with the mud terrains sticking out 2" from the body LOL
Today was fun because I got compliments from someone every time I got out of the truck, and the UPS guy said it looked awesome going down the street when he was driving behind me hahaha
Everyone loves the massive moon roof in this truck, lots of oooohs and aaaahs when it retracts.

I was a car audio install manager for The Good Guys back in the day, I'll be the installer
