Scratch that post, I had found it, but couldn't get the financials to where I wanted them. Dealer wouldn't back off the price at all. Would have been a great deal if I they would have back off a grand on it. No loss to them though, they will easily be able to sell that truck for what they are asking.

The search continues. Really starting to look at some 08-10 V10 trucks. I could settle for one of those with low miles.

Sorry to read the deal fell through. I hope you have better luck on the next purchase. I know the feeling with the dealership game.

Congrats DB... I just read the entire 5 pages of this thread hoping you'd come up with something. I've got a 2015 F350 XLT FX4 6.2L extended cab, short bed... carry a 3400lb slide-in truck camper with it. Welcome back to the Blue Oval buddy!

Okay, So Friday I drove from upstate SC to Destin, Florida (total about 425 miles or 7 hours) to pick this truck up. All i thought about on the way was that it may not be what I want it to be or that it would have something wrong with it. Well I got to the dealership drove it around the block and bought it in all of about 45min (Had my financing already ready). Gave 18k out the door. Drove it all the way back and arrived in SC at 1AM Saturday morning. The trip made for a long day, but the truck is absolutely awesome. I still haven't figured out all the crap that it will do.

It was a fleet vehicle for the first 2 years of its life, and the second owner only owned it for about 11 months. Needless to say, it has never actually been washed, just car washes and quick washes, never detailed. I am going to detail it today then I will post pictures.

Has a great service record, oil and filter every 4k along with full inspection every 10k. Has new tires, and is in overall good shape.

One extra that I wasn't expecting, was that this truck has a Retrax tonneau cover. About a 1400 dollar cover new. The only issue is I have no key. Do you guys think Retrax will give me a key for free?

One other quick question. Since I drove most of the way back at night, I got to see all the lights on the truck and whether they worked or not. I noticed that the side marker lights on my mirrors come on when I signal, but do not stay on as running lights. I thought they stayed on as running lights and then blinked when you signal. I know on the 04-07 superdutys, they mirror lights operated as blinker and running light. Anyone have any input?

Here are the pics. Loving this thing. Haven't towed my boat with it yet, but I don't think it will have any trouble at all.

Nice truck and a good price. But keep in mind Ford doesn't make extended cabs, only supercabs.

I’m shopping around and while trucks that interest me has been on Craigslist for more than a week total, when I called/went to look at it, they were no longer available... oh well I’m not needing a truck now so I can wait and keep shopping but I understand that frustration.

I’m new to the forum and this is my first post. I bought this truck last week. It’s a 2015 F250 Lariat supercab with 6.2L. So far so good.

The marker lights on the mirrors should remain on as running lights and blink when you signal. You may have one of the two filaments burned out on the bulbs.

Just found mine

Been looking for a truck to replace my 1500 Chevy since I bought a new 36 ft bumper pull camper. This is one of my first posts since i have been looking and now have bought. I found a 2016 F350 ccsb 4x4 lariat with the 6.2 and 4.10 gears with 16,100 miles on her. Dark blue with tan interior. Brought it home and checked it out, then hooked it to my new camper and headed to Myrtle Beach for Easter weekend. All I can say is I am impressed with this truck Very comfortable ride when loaded, a little rough when empty. Gets about the same mileage loaded or empty. My trailer weight is 8000 dry weight so when loaded it was around 8800 to 9000 lbs with everything in it. Pulled it like a breeze. This is a fantastic truck so unless something happens, this should last me a very long time.
