2015 6R140 Hard Shift/Misses Gear

2015 6R140 Hard Shift/Misses Gear
I replaced the transmission with a brand new Stock 6R140 at the dealership.
Now Change.
Now I have a Sun Coast Stage 2, still no change. Hot or Cold, doesn't matter.
Hard shift (Like a brick wall) 3-4.;
Sometimes shifts from 5 to 1.
Sometimes cant find 6th gear.
Replaced Intermediate Solenoid, no change.
Some One, for Gods sake, tell me it happened to your truck and what you did to fix it. Ive only been able to put 30,000 miles on it and Ive had it 2.5 years. Been sitting in my drive way for 10 months now.

I would agree, either programming or TCM module. Stretching, could it be wiring to the trans? I don't know if the line pressures and valves are modulated to ground or have a modulated signal from 12V source. This is beyond my knowledge, just thinking out loud. Perhaps Mark will see this one...
