89 f150 xlt lariat 5.0 rough idle and no wide open throttle while in gear
I have an 89 f150 with a 5.0, and I can’t figure out why it is running so badly, it has a really bad idle and a ticking sound when it’s running from the passenger side of the motor (it stops when I disconnect the vacuum line from the canister or from the valve just behind smog Pump) and in park it has wide open throttle but as soon as I’m in any gear (reverse included) it doesn’t rev as high and I can’t figure out why, I have tested egr and it’s all good, I’m getting ready to burn this truck if anyone could help me out that would be much appreciated
