2013 F150 tire sizes

Good afternoon and thanks for letting me join. My first post will be boring no doubt, but here it is. It's finally time to change the tires that came on it from the factory. They are 265/60R18's. I would like to get a little bigger tire but one that will fit and not rub as is. I do not want to make any modifications at this time. How big can I go without modifications? Also, how does that effect gas mileage and speedometer/odometer?

Thanks in advance for your help.

The stock size tire for a 2013 with 18" wheels is a 275/65/R18. Are you looking to stay with the 18" wheel or change them to a larger one?
If you decide to go to a larger wheel you could go with a 275/55R20 or even a 275/45R22. I am not sure how much larger of a tire you can get on a stock 18" but someone with more knowledge on that should comment.

Gas mileage depends on tire weight and usually the more mud terrain it gets, the heavier it gets and that means worse gas mileage.

I have 33" tires on my truck, which is a stock truck, and could have easily fit 34" tires. 11.5" (295) is about max for width if you don't want to rub though.

Thank you both for your feedback. The tires that came on it are 265/60R18. I was just looking to put on some 275/65R18's, but when I go online and choose my truck, that tire size doesn't come up for it. So I wasn't sure if it was a problem or not. So just wanted to verify that it is ok.
Thanks again.

Oh and I see a lot of folks talking about tire changes effecting gear ratios...? I do not have a clue regarding this, just want to make sure I don't create a problem for myself. I will be pulling a light RV with it. Should be ok, right?

275/70/18 (33) fits nicely with no rub.

Bigger tires reduce your effective gear ratio as it has to turn a bigger diameter object. This means that your power you get to the wheels/ground goes down. Unless you are maxing out your truck it really isn't that big of an issue.

You can figure out how much it actually will go down here. I went from a 3.55 to 3.44 effective which I didn't really notice a difference.

yes, a 275/65R18 will fit with no issues. I have a 5.4 with 3.73 gears in mine and average a solid 16-16.5 mpg with daily all around driving.

That would be my choice also.
