R&R Saginaw Power Steering Pump with Pulley in place?

I'm one of those F150 guys who is installing a Saginaw power steering pump and bracket, as removed from a '95 E150. Since the bracket is U-shaped, it would appear that you can remove and replace the pump assembly with the pulley attached. But is this indeed true? I'm wondering if there is enough clearance behind the pulley to get the bolts in place. Anyone know for sure?
