Need to raise the height of my axle vent tube fitting maybe 1/8" to accommodate a U-bolt added to install a Hellwig rear sway bar. Are these generic threads or super specific to the exact axle assembly?

The issue is the brake left side rear brake line is partially secured in place with that fitting, as is now there is a small interference I'd like to correct.
