I'm Robert, here's the photo:
Just has to do with the moron who originally put your truck in the states DMV system...
Here in Washington my 1980 F-100 is listed as an F-1 which ford hasn't made since the early Fifties.
Welcome to the forums.
Thanks. Its a little confusing. Now I'll ask a couple questions. Why does all the paper work call my truck a F151. Can't find any information on it. Next I work machine maintenace but never worked on a truck. I believe the carborator needs rebuilt. Is it something I can do?

No such thing as an F151. People see TYPE/GVW F151 printed on the Certification Label, think it's an F151 but it isn't.
All an F151 is...is an F150 2WD Regular Cab Pickup w/a 250 lbs. increase of the GVWR
1980/82 TYPE/GVW F151 = F150 2WD Pickup, 5,450 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
1980/82 TYPE/GVW F150 = F150 2WD Pickup; 5,200 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
