This is my install. The rails are universal. I included safety chain anchors for the gooseneck. Also, after wiping down the bed, I cut the bed mat to fit around the rails and rolled it back out. The other thing you can't see is these little rubber pads that fit between the feet of the hitches and the rails. Eliminates clanking and banging while driving down the road.
My one solution was to convert my ball goose neck trailers to kingpin, I just leave my 5th wheel hitch in the truck all the time. Soooo much easier to hook up a goose neck with a kingpin on it...
That's the set up I have as well. I have a Q24 though.
