I know a few of you fellow viewers used to frequent this site as well as clifford. I used to go to clifford forum quite a bit as well as it did have some good info, when did it go? Anyone know why? I stopped palying on the computer for about a year or so and came back and it was gone. Later
If I had to guess I would say that they probably got sick of people complaining on their forum. There used to be several forums on vendor's web sites and most of the ones that are now gone are gone for that reason. I didn't even know Clifford had a forum.
After Jack Clifford died and ownership of the company passed to his heirs, Jay, Phillip, Eric and the other techies got squeezed out by the new owners and service went from bad to worse. All of this was discussed and quickly deleted on their website. It must have gotten to the point where they were deleting more than they were leaving posted. They shut the board down for "maintenance" and never re-opened it. Most of the people who were on that board now hang out at www.fordsix.com

I vist fordsix.com often just never registered seems yourself and others do a fine job and I don't have any inline questions anymore. You may or may not remember me by my username but I asked a billion questions about the inline engine here and on the clifford site. Think we discussed everything from long rod to stroker to custom intake and custom efi systems, it has been a while. You were helpful to say the least, one time you recommended a dyno in cincinnatti if that rings a bell. Due to life etc that got put on the back burner and well my wife has the truck and I have a v-8 truck. I noticed 82f1ooswb no longer posted here an moved elsewhere up the board I think, he was helpful as well at the time.
Did that Jay fellow ever get around to dropping that newer gm six into the old chevy truck? Just fired them, man that is wrong. Later
